Covering repairs is one of the most basic responsibilities of a raider. Everyone in this guild presumably knows how to make enough gold to keep their gear out of the red.

And of course blue gear generally costs less to repair than epics, and we won't need to spend gold gemming/enchanting new gear every week we raid, either.
